We are located in Central Kentucky, and our Angus, Hereford Cross Freezer Beef can be bought as Whole, Half or Quarters.
Once the beef is approximately 1,000lb, cost is $3.00lb. You will receive about 400lb of meat. The exact amount will depend on the cuts that you choose when you have it processed. Big Oak Farm will raise the beef, haul to processor, but you will need to pick up beef from processor.

Big Oak Farm has their meat processed at Boone’s Butcher Shop in Bardstown, KY or Trackside Butcher Shop in Campbellsburg, KY. Both are certified by the USDA. Processing time is usually 12-15 days
A down payment is required in order to hold your order, and the final balance is due when you pick up the meat. (Deposit will be applied to total amount due.)
